Prepping the beefHeat some oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Season the beef with some salt then cook it while stirring for 5 minutes or until browned. Once done, transfer to a colander to drain off the excess cooking oil. |

FryingIn another cooking pot, add the oil drained from the fried beef then follow up with finely chopped onions. Allow to cook till fragrant then add the red bell peppers. Cook till soft, add in the garlic and dhania stems. This should cook on high heat for a minute while stirring to avoid charring before adding the cumin, paprika, oregano and cloves. Cook this till aromatic. |
