PREPPING THE MINCE MEAT

Into a wok, put in the mincemeat and dhania stems, then sear on high heat till the meat renders all the water before adding some black pepper and cooking oil.
Cook for 3 more minutes or until the mincemeat starts to change color then add the onions.

STEWING

Cook the onions till soft and fragrant while constantly stirring then add in the tomatoes, tomato paste and turmeric. Stir once more to combine everything. If it starts sticking to the pan, lower the heat and add some water.
Proceed to cook till the tomatoes are cooked through then add some oyster sauce. Stir yet again then add the diced carrots.
